In early 2023, Wonderkind partnered with Tetrifox to revolutionize job ad management on social media, focusing on Meta (formerly Facebook). Wonderkind's mission is to create a seamless platform for staffing agencies and job boards, automating ad deployment via XML feeds from Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Despite challenges such as a difficult-to-maintain PHP-based system and a dispersed junior team, we significantly improved the platform by rebuilding it. Innovations included job classification using the O’NET framework, Dynamic Campaigns, and leveraging OpenAI’s LLMs.
